Hi, if you are reading this then you are on the first steps to getting yourself on the road to fitness. Have you tried the gym and lost your focus, drive and motivation?
Our Personal Training sessions will be built around you ....
We offer Personal Training to everyone from the complete beginner looking to kick start that fitness routine in order to lose weight and make that step into changing their lifestyle, to the experienced athlete who is looking to fine tune their existing programme, we can help.
Although based in Cardiff, we also cover the surrounding area (contact us for details). The main bulk of our sessions will be in the great outdoors, making the most of the parks and surrounding areas, we can also come to you and do home sessions, but this will be dependent on the amount of room available (there has to be enough space to be safe).
The normal session will be 1 hour long, but other arrangements may be possible - just ask.
Free Initial Consultation
After you have completed and sent back your PT Questionnaire we will arrange a mutually convenient time to meet in person. We can then discuss in more detail what you are looking to achieve and more importantly, see if we can get along.
If we decide to proceed, we will arrange for you to take part in an assessment and complete a Health Questionnaire before we undertake any exercise programme with you. That way we can make sure you are ready to go and that we are clear on what your end goals are.
Personal Training
In order to get the best out of you and the sessions there will be a minimum booking of 8 sessions to start, after this period you can then book the sessions on an individual or block basis (Individual sessions will incur a premium). If you need to cancel a session, then 24 hours notice is required, otherwise the session will be lost - this is no more than is required by any professional service. Re-arranged sessions will be at the convenience of both parties.
As with everything, you only get out what you put in, so you may be required to do some extra on your own, but we can discuss this as we make our way through your programme.
Fees:

1-2-1 Training
Initially: 8 x 60 min - £240 (£30 per session)
After this, sessions can be booked as required – 1 sess ; 2 sess ; etc.
Single session £33, sessions booked in a block £30 per session
Small Group
Initially: 8 x 60 min - 2 people £320 (£40 per session)
3 people £400 (£50 per session)
4 people £480 (£60 per session)
After this, sessions can be booked as required – 1 sess / wk ; 2 sess / wk etc
Single session £2 extra per person ~ £44, £56, £68
Sessions booked in a block will be as per initial session rate.
