Training Plans
Welcome to Phil Cook - Fit 2 Run
Is your goal to compete in a particular race, or do you need some structure to your training? If so we can put together a personalised training programme for you to help you reach your target. Not everyone can fit in a one to one session, this could be due to travelling, work commitments or location, therefore offering a personalised training programme which can be sent through to you may be the way to get some structure in to your training. You will have regular contact with your coach by e-mail, messenger and phone so that the training can be monitored and if necessary adjusted.
Before we can put together your training plan we will need some details from you, e.g. Current activity, target race(s), time restrictions, previous performances, etc.
The On-line training / Schedule setting will be based on 4 levels:
1. Programme only £20
2. Bronze programme will consist of:
· Initial consultation meeting and target setting – face to face if local.
· Monthly personalised training programme sent by e-mail on a monthly basis
· Fortnightly catch up by phone, messenger, text and e-mail
· Race day advice
· FREE Gym sac/shoe bag
£40 per month ; £225 per 6 months ; £420 per 12 months Minimum of 3 months
3. Silver programme will consist of:
· Initial consultation meeting and target setting – face to face if local.
· Monthly personalised training programme sent by e-mail on a monthly basis
· Weekly catch up by phone, messenger, text and e-mail
· Race day advice
· FREE Gym sac/shoe bag
· FREE Mobility and Stretching guide
£50 per month ; £285 per 6 months ; £540 per 12 months Minimum of 3 months
4. Gold programme will consist of:
· Initial consultation and target setting – face to face if local.
· Monthly personalised training programme sent by e-mail on a monthly basis
· Weekly catch up – by phone, messenger text and e-mail, every other week will be on a face to face basis with a review of the schedule.

£60 per month ; £345 per 6 months ; £660 per 12 months Minimum of 3 months
